The RoboClaw 2x7A, 6-34VDC Regenerative Motor Controller is an extremely efficient, versatile, dual channel synchronous regenerative motor controller. It can supply two brushed DC motors with 7.5 Amps continuous and 15 Amps peak. The RoboClaw also includes a 3 Amp switch mode BEC. Power any device from RoboClaw safely with plenty of power to spare. RoboClaw supports multiple sensor inputs including dual quadrature encoders with up to 19.6 million pulses per second, potentiometers and absolute encoders.With dual quadrature decoding you get greater control over speed, velocity and direction. Automatically maintain speed and direction even if the load changes.

You will be controlling motors within minutes

The board is really easy and fast to setup. Documentation is especially good from BasicMicro with all functionalities covered both in text and diagrams. The board also packs a bunch of features that are useful for robotics control such as PID autotuning which I have had really good success with, I suspect other reviewers who have not had success with this function forgot to adjust their quadrature direction or similar. Velocity and position control is also useful for robotics control.

La carte est vraiment facile et rapide à installer. La documentation est particulièrement bonne de BasicMicro avec toutes les fonctionnalités couvertes à la fois dans le texte et les diagrammes. La carte contient également un tas de fonctionnalités utiles pour le contrôle de la robotique telles que l'autoréglage PID avec lequel j'ai eu un très bon succès.Je soupçonne que d'autres commentateurs qui n'ont pas réussi avec cette fonction ont oublié d'ajuster leur direction en quadrature ou similaire. Le contrôle de vitesse et de position est également utile pour le contrôle robotique.
